\nElaborat amb Tinta Fina<\/strong> procedent de tres vinyes seleccionades de la Ribera del Duero burgalesa: Carrascales<\/strong>, a Fuentelc\u00e9sped; Dehesa Abajo<\/strong>, a Santa Cruz de la Salceda; i Pardilla<\/strong>, totes situades a gran altitud.<\/p>\n

Els seus s\u00f2ls d\u2019argila vermella<\/strong> i les condicions d\u2019altitud afavoreixen una maduraci\u00f3 pausada i contribueixen a preservar la frescor i el car\u00e0cter del ra\u00efm.<\/p>\n

ELABORACI\u00d3<\/strong>
\nDespr\u00e9s de la verema manual i una acurada selecci\u00f3 dels ra\u00efms<\/strong>, el ra\u00efm fermenta en dip\u00f2sits de petit volum. La fermentaci\u00f3 malol\u00e0ctica i la posterior crian\u00e7a tenen lloc en botes de roure franc\u00e8s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Valdub\u00f3n Diez \u00e9s un Cupatge de Diverses Collites (CVC)<\/strong> que combina diferents anyades acuradament seleccionades. Els vins amb m\u00e9s evoluci\u00f3 aporten estructura, profunditat i complexitat<\/strong>, mentre que els m\u00e9s joves contribueixen a preservar la fruita, la frescor i l\u2019equilibri<\/strong> del conjunt.<\/p>\n
