ANYADA<\/strong>
\nL’any 2023 es van experimentar temperatures per sobre de la mitjana, la qual cosa va resultar en un hivern suau i una primavera seca i c\u00e0lida a la zona. Malgrat la manca de precipitacions, les pluges durant l’estiu van ser beneficioses per a la floraci\u00f3 i la maduraci\u00f3 del fruit. Com a resultat, es va obtenir una collita de fruits de mida mitjana, amb excel\u00b7lent estat sanitari, maduresa fen\u00f2lica alta, acidesa moderada i gran intensitat arom\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n

ELABORACI\u00d3<\/strong>
\nEl vi s’elabora amb ra\u00efms dels termes de Milagros, Castrillo i Pardilla. La producci\u00f3 mitjana permesa \u00e9s de 7-8 ra\u00efms\/cep, amb un rendiment m\u00e0xim de 6.000 kg\/Ha, encara que es va assolir nom\u00e9s 4.500 kg\/Ha. Es garanteix la qualitat del ra\u00efm mitjan\u00e7ant podes en verd. L’elaboraci\u00f3 se centra en preservar els aromes primaris i el color violaci dels vins joves, amb control de temperatura durant la fermentaci\u00f3 a 17 \u00b0C i maceraci\u00f3 de 3-5 dies. S’empren t\u00e8cniques de coinoculaci\u00f3 per maximitzar la fruita del vi en boca i nas.<\/p>\n

CATA<\/strong>
\nVi negre de color violaci intens i capa alta. En nas, s’aprecia una explosi\u00f3 de fruites vermelles i negres fresques, amb notes destacades de gerds i mores, complementades per subtils tocs l\u00e0ctics.
\nEn boca, presenta una entrada suau i fresca, amb un car\u00e0cter alegre, gr\u00e0cies a la seva bona acidesa i baixa tanicitat. El seu pas per boca \u00e9s lleuger, amb un final afruitat i refrescant.<\/p>\n

MARIDATGE & CONSERVACI\u00d3<\/strong>
\nAquest vi \u00e9s ideal per acompanyar una varietat de plats, des d’aperitius amb foie, fruits vermells i formatge de cabra, fins a amanides fresques de fruita i carns blanques.
