Más información

Etcétera Tempranillo, a vibrant and silky red from Ribera del Duero, bursting with red fruits. Youthful with medium intensity in the glass, it boasts an intense red color with cheerful garnet hues.

In 2023, above-average temperatures in the region led to a mild winter and a dry, warm spring. Despite the limited rainfall, summer showers contributed to successful flowering and good fruit ripening. The resulting harvest was of medium size, with excellent health, high phenolic maturity, moderate acidity, and notable aromatic intensity and weight on the palate.

The wine is crafted from grapes grown in vineyards located in Milagros, Castrillo, and Pardilla, with an average yield of 7-8 clusters per vine and a maximum production of 6,000 kg/ha, although this year it was approximately 4,500 kg/ha. The grape quality is ensured through green pruning for optimal aeration and sun exposure. The winemaking process focuses on preserving the primary aromas and violet color of young wines, with controlled fermentation at 17°C and maceration for 3-5 days. Coinoculation techniques are employed to enhance the fruitiness of the wine on the palate and nose.

Intense red wine with violet hues and a medium layer. On the nose, aromas of fresh red and black fruits, such as strawberries and blueberries, with hints of dairy. On the palate, a smooth and fresh entry with good acidity and low astringency, finishing with fruity notes.

Ideal for pairing with foie gras and nuts appetizers, as well as fresh fruit salads and white meat dishes. It is recommended to serve between 14 and 16 degrees to fully enjoy its qualities.
