RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer and user has the right to WITHDRAW from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without providing a reason and without incurring any cost, except for those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1\/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.<\/p>

This right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:<\/p>

  • The supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.<\/li>
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages whose actual value depends on market fluctuations.<\/li><\/ul>

    PRODUCTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

    The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the requested good or product to inform CAVAS HILL of their wish to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>

    Withdrawal entails that CAVAS HILL will refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days via bank transfer, using the details provided by the customer (provided the purchased product does not fall under the exceptions indicated above).<\/p>

    During this period, the consumer shall communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract to the trader by filling out the form found at the end of this document and sending it to CAVAS HILL’s email address.<\/p>

    CAVAS HILL will provide the consumer with an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal on a durable medium.<\/p>

    To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that the product be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and unused.<\/p>

    Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to provide details regarding the return.<\/p>

    The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.<\/p>
