Located on the outskirts of Milagros, the winery is next to the Riaza River, which flows from the majestic Sierra de Ayll\u00f3n to the picturesque valley where Aranda de Duero is located, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. <\/p>\n\n

Since, in the year 2022, Xavier Aus\u00e0s<\/strong>The winery has reinterpreted its way of producing wines, which has resulted in a new way of making and understanding its winemaking processes.<\/p>\n\n

The fruits of this collaboration have not taken long to arrive and one year later, the new vintages have begun to receive national and international recognition during 2023. From the \n Valdub\u00f3n Crianza<\/a>\n<\/strong>which already accumulates 7, including gold medals and scores above 90 points, to the most recognized Valdub\u00f3n Honoris, Valdub\u00f3n X, Valdub\u00f3n Crianza and the 9 Meses. <\/p>\n\n

Proof of this is that recently our \n Valdub\u00f3n X<\/a>\n<\/strong> was rated 95 points by Decanter and 93 points by “The Three Wine Men” tasting panel, headed by Master of Wine (MW) Tim Atkin. In addition, \n Honoris<\/a>\n<\/strong> and Valdub\u00f3n Crianza have received 92 and 90 points respectively from the prestigious Spanish guide “Gu\u00eda Vinos Gourmets 2024”.<\/p>\n\n

Gloria Diaz<\/strong>Production Manager and winemaker at Valdub\u00f3n, states that “we are committed to the continuous improvement of our wines. To this end, we seek to incorporate the best talent to continue consolidating our project. We want to build a future based on excellence and the highest quality of our wines. Undoubtedly, the figure of Xavier Aus\u00e0s as advisor to the team is key for us”.<\/p>\n\n

The year 2023 has been a turning point for the winery, as it has undergone a process of rebranding and redesign of the labels<\/strong>, which capture the essence of its exceptional wines. In addition, it has also taken a step forward in the world of wine tourism<\/strong>, transforming its facilities and remodeling every corner, taking care of every detail to offer an unforgettable experience. \n unforgettable experience <\/a>\n<\/strong>to all those who visit them.
