This achievement makes the winery the first in the DO Cava to receive the JAS certification, positioning it as a benchmark in the export of organic cavas to Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cavas produced by Cavas Hill, which typically contain the native varieties Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel\u00b7lo, stand out for their high quality standards from vineyard to glass. They are versatile cavas that harmonize perfectly with various dishes, from sushi and oysters to fish and meats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cavas Hill, committed to sustainability for years, already had the European Organic Certification. This certification supports that many of its cavas have been produced and elaborated following strict organic agriculture standards, with comprehensive control at every stage of production, from harvest to commercialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pedro Ferrer Noguer, President of Cavas Hill and the wine and alcoholic beverage distribution group Ferrer Wines, shares his satisfaction: &#8220;It is an honor to receive the JAS certification, reflecting our firm commitment to sustainability and to the demanding Japanese market.
