VINEYARDS<\/strong>
\nMade from Tinta Fina<\/strong> grapes sourced from three selected vineyards in the Burgos area of Ribera del Duero: Carrascales<\/strong>, in Fuentelc\u00e9sped; Dehesa Abajo<\/strong>, in Santa Cruz de la Salceda; and Pardilla<\/strong>, all located at high altitude.<\/p>\n

Their red clay soils<\/strong> and high-altitude conditions favour slow ripening, helping to preserve the freshness and character of the grapes.<\/p>\n

WINEMAKING<\/strong>
\nFollowing manual harvesting and careful selection of the grapes<\/strong>, fermentation takes place in small tanks. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent ageing take place in French oak barrels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Valdub\u00f3n Diez is a blend of different vintages (CVC)<\/strong>, carefully selected to achieve balance and complexity. The more evolved wines bring structure, depth and complexity<\/strong>, while the younger wines help preserve the fruit, freshness and balance<\/strong> of the final blend.<\/p>\n

\nAn intense, deep and complex<\/strong> wine, where structure is beautifully balanced by fruit and freshness. Elegant and persistent, it offers a distinctive and contemporary interpretation of Ribera del Duero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
