Elegance and persistence in a wine of long-lasting character.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Winemaking<\/strong>
\nThe two grape varieties, Tempranillo and Graciano, are vinified separately, allowing the optimal moment of ripeness to be selected and the best of each to be extracted.<\/p>\n

The Tempranillo ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, combining 50% new barrels and 50% previously used ones. The Graciano spends 18 months in new French oak barrels.<\/p>\n

Once the ageing period is complete, the best barrels are selected to create the blend. The wine then rests in bottle for at least 18 months to achieve greater aromatic complexity.<\/p>\n

Tasting<\/strong>
\nIntense red colour with garnet hints and medium-long layer. On the nose, it presents intense, complex and elegant aromas. Notes of black fruit and liqueur-soaked fruit stand out, along with floral aromas of violet and geranium contributed by the Graciano. When swirled in the glass, notes of cocoa and spices such as black pepper and clove emerge, accompanied by subtle aromas of tobacco leaf and aromatic herbs.<\/p>\n

On the palate, it is powerful and flavourful, with a pronounced acidity that brings freshness and balance.<\/p>\n

Pairing and Storage<\/strong>
\nPerfect to accompany fusion cuisine dishes such as fish tacos with smoky sauce, mushroom risotto or gourmet lentil and truffle burgers. It also pairs beautifully with artisan cheese boards, grilled meats and Iberian charcuterie. Store in a cool, constant place, between 14 and 17\u00b0C, protected from light and vibrations. Serve between 16 and 18\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
