A tribute to the Hill family, who in 1887 founded our winery, one of the oldest in the D.O. Cava, established at the height of the Modernist movement in our country.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PRODUCTION<\/strong>
\nThis cava is made using organic red grape varieties Garnacha and Trepat, which provide its distinctive colour thanks to brief skin contact with the must. From this point, the cava follows the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum ageing of 9 months.<\/p>\n

TASTING NOTES<\/strong>
\nWith a pale raspberry red colour, bright and attractive, this cava stands out on the nose with delicate notes of ripe red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, complemented by a subtle hint of ageing that adds complexity. On the palate, it is fruity, ripe and well-structured. Its fine, well-integrated bubbles highlight its freshness and elegance, leaving a balanced and very pleasant finish.<\/p>\n

PAIRING<\/strong>
\nPerfect to accompany informal appetisers such as a fresh cheese board, fruit skewers and light tapas. It also pairs excellently with sushi, fish tacos, fresh salads, or even gourmet veggie-style pizzas or burrata pizzas. For a sweet touch, pair it with red fruit desserts or cheesecakes.<\/p>\n

STORAGE<\/strong>
\nIt is recommended to store the bottle upright, protected from light and air currents, at a temperature not exceeding 20 \u00baC to preserve all its qualities.<\/p>\n
