The wine is then <strong>aged in French and American oak barrels<\/strong>, developing structure, complexity and elegant spicy notes while keeping the fruit at the heart of the wine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TASTING NOTES<\/strong><br \/>\nIt shows an <strong>intense, bright red colour<\/strong>. The nose is expressive and complex, with aromas of <strong>ripe red and black fruit<\/strong>, particularly redcurrants and blackberries, complemented by notes of cocoa, liquorice, spices and delicate toasted nuances from its ageing.<\/p>\n<p>On the palate, it is <strong>structured, balanced and smooth<\/strong>, with ripe tannins and freshness that brings vibrancy to the wine.
