Elaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n Made from a blend of Mediterranean red grape varieties. After gentle crushing and destemming, the must macerates and ferments with the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28 \u00b0C. Malolactic fermentation then takes place, softening the acidity and tannins and contributing a rounder, more balanced profile. Finally, the wine is blended and stabilized before bottling.<\/p>\n Tasting notes<\/strong><\/p>\n Ruby red in color with a medium body, it displays attractive violet reflections at the rim of the glass. The nose is dominated by aromas of wild berries, especially blackberry, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate, it offers a smooth entry, with medium-structured tannins and a balanced profile.
