Pale and bright straw-yellow in colour.
On the nose, it is a highly complex wine, with fruit aromas such as lemon and tropical fruit.
A subtle floral touch can also be appreciated. Its time in oak barrels brings toasted and cedar notes that add great elegance.
On the palate, it has a fresh entry with well-balanced acidity. The wine’s most distinctive feature is the balance between the freshness provided by this acidity and the volume and texture contributed by the white Grenache grape and the careful lees ageing carried out at the winery.
