The harvest is carried out meticulously, with expert hands carefully selecting the grapes and placing them in boxes. These grapes come from a combination of young and old estates from both areas of origin, which provides a unique and special variety.
To preserve the tropical and floral characteristics of this variety, a controlled fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 15ºC. This process ensures that the wine retains all its distinctive aromatic notes.

Depende 2024 is an Albariño that reflects the Atlantic essence of the Rías Baixas: bright and clean, with an attractive pale yellow colour and golden reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its elegant aromatic intensity with fresh citrus touches. Floral notes are perceived on entry, which after a gentle swirl in the glass give way to greater complexity, with nuances of tropical fruit such as pineapple and stone fruit such as peach. On the palate it is vibrant and refreshing, with the characteristic acidity of the Albariño variety that adds liveliness and structure. The finish is elegant and balanced, culminating in a long and enveloping end that invites you to keep enjoying.

Its versatile profile makes it an ideal companion both for traditional proposals such as pulpo a feira with cachelos, where the texture of the octopus and paprika harmonise with its citrus freshness, and for more contemporary pairings such as a red tuna tartare with avocado and sesame, which enhances its tropical notes and balanced acidity.
