Description
VINEYARDS
Made from Tinta del País grapes sourced from selected old vineyards in the Burgos area of Ribera del Duero. These low-yielding vineyards produce grapes of great concentration, balance and complexity, shaped by their age and the unique characteristics of the terroir.
An exceptional selection that reflects the depth and character of Ribera del Duero.
WINEMAKING
Following a careful selection of the grapes, fermentation takes place in French oak vats. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels and completes its evolution in bottle, developing greater balance, complexity and elegance.
TASTING NOTES
Deep and intense red in colour, with a complex and expressive nose dominated by ripe black fruit, complemented by spicy notes and delicate hints of nuts.
On the palate, it is structured, full-bodied and smooth, with ripe tannins and balanced acidity that brings freshness to the wine. The finish is long, intense and persistent, reflecting its depth and excellent ageing potential.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with red meats, roasts, game dishes and aged cheeses, as well as sophisticated dishes with rich and intense flavours.
Recommended serving temperature: 14–16 °C.
