Description:
Founded in 1757, Maison Abelé is one of the oldest champagne houses, with a limited production that guarantees quality and a craft-based approach. In its centuries-old cellars, Abelé 1757 Brut matures sheltered from light and temperature variations, developing a unique, invigorating style that represents the essence of the Maison.

Blend:

  • 40% Chardonnay
  • 35% Pinot Noir
  • 25% Meunier (includes 25% reserve wines)

Dosage: 6 g/L
Ageing Time: 3 to 4 years minimum
Tasting Notes:

  • Appearance: Bright, deep, satiny golden colour, with bronze hints. The effervescence is fine and constant, forming a graceful, elegant string of bubbles.
  • Nose: Fine and complex, with aromas of chocolate, black fruits and sweet spices. Floral notes such as jasmine and honeysuckle intertwine, adding a rich and diverse aromatic texture.
  • Palate: Broad, ripe attack, with flavours of acacia honey, fresh almond and red berries. The finish is enveloping, with subtle notes of redcurrant and elderberry that bring freshness.

Pairing:
Ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or alongside lunches. It pairs perfectly with seafood, crustaceans, fish and poultry such as duck, rabbit or chicken.
