Born in the heart of the Penedès region in 1964, Conde de Caralt reflects a fresh, fruity, and balanced Mediterranean style. A brand with over six decades of history, it evolves with the times, creating versatile wines and sparkling wines designed to be enjoyed and shared, under the D.O. Catalunya and D.O. Cava designations of origin.
Production
Made from a blend of Mediterranean red grape varieties. After a brief maceration with the skins to obtain its characteristic color, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving its freshness and fruity expression.
Tasting Notes
Bright pink in color, with delicate violet reflections. On the nose, it presents pleasant aromas of red fruits, especially strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a fruity finish that invites you to continue enjoying it.
Pairing and Serving
Ideal with sushi, poke bowls, tacos, pizzas, pasta, salads, Asian cuisine, appetizers, and tapas. Serve between 6 and 8 °C.
