Description
With more than 60 years of history, Conde de Caralt represents the art of classic Cava, combining tradition, precision and timeless Mediterranean character. Founded in 1964 by Josep Maria de Caralt Borrell, the winery produces wines and cavas under the D.O. Cava and D.O. Catalunya appellations, consistently offering authenticity, balance and quality.
Produced in the Penedès region, one of Catalonia’s most emblematic wine-growing areas, Conde de Caralt reflects the legacy of the traditional method and the careful selection of native varieties such as Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. This cava expresses the elegance and character of the Mediterranean terroir, with fine and persistent bubbles, vibrant freshness and refined complexity.
Produced according to the traditional method, with ageing on lees for 9 to 12 months.
