Description
Cavas Hill Cuvée 1887 Brut Nature Organic
A tribute to the Hill family, who in 1887 founded our winery, one of the oldest in the D.O. Cava, established at the height of the Modernist movement in our country.
This cava is the youngest in our entire range, brimming with freshness. It has been produced using the traditional method, from an organic base wine, followed by a minimum ageing of 12 months in the bottle.
It is light, fruity and citrusy. Its sparkling, lively bubble reflects its youth. On tasting, it brings to mind white flowers and fruits such as green apple and pear. It is ideal to pair with all kinds of appetisers, salads, light canapés or seafood.
