Bosque de Fuscallo is another step towards excellence. One day we imagined a wine with the freshness and aroma of Albariño, combined with the complexity provided by the wood.

This exceptional wine is made using selected grapes from Salnés vineyards over 15 years old. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 15ºC, carefully controlled to preserve all the floral and tropical notes characteristic of this variety. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to first year French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters, where it is kept in contact with its fine lees for 6 months, with two weekly battonages to enhance its aromatic complexity. At the end of the aging process, the perfect combination is sought with un-oaked wines of the same vintage, achieving an exceptional blend in both aroma and flavor.

This is an exceptional white wine that dazzles with its yellow hue, adorned with golden-greenish sparkles, brilliant and with a crystalline appearance. Its aromatic complexity is surprising. Notes of ripe pineapple, kiwi and citrus intertwine with subtle hints of brioche and spice from the lees and oak. On the palate, it unfolds with roundness, smoothness, structure and perfectly balanced acidity.

In terms of food pairing, this wine is the ideal companion for seafood dishes, salads and rice dishes. It is also an excellent choice as an appetizer, accompanied by cheeses and foie. To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 6 and 8 °C.
