Description
After removing the stems and crushing the grapes, those intended for production are taken to specific tanks. The production process is carried out meticulously to preserve the primary aromas and the distinctive purplish colour that characterises young wines as much as possible, while also seeking to extract maximum colour and tannins. The tanks have temperature control, ensuring that fermentation takes place at 20 °C. Maceration lasts for a period of 7-10 days. The racking date is carefully determined, taking into account the body, colour and quality of the wine, before an astringency develops that requires ageing in barrels for 9 months before being released onto the market.
In the glass it appears young and exuberant, with an intense purplish colour and garnet hints that capture the eye. On the nose, a symphony of fresh fruit unfolds, where strawberries and blackberries shine with their sweetness, intertwined with subtle lactic, toasted and spiced notes from the wood. On tasting, the palate experiences a lively and vibrant entry, thanks to its balanced acidity. Its journey across the palate is powerful and elegant at the same time, thanks to the sweetness of its tannins that caress every corner of the mouth.
This wine can be enjoyed right away, but its structure allows it to age in the bottle without losing any of its unique characteristics.
