Description
WINEMAKING
Made from Tinta del País grapes sourced from selected vineyards in Roa and Milagros, in the heart of Ribera del Duero.
Vinification is focused on preserving the freshness and fruit expression of the variety. The wine is then aged for at least 4 months in American and French oak barrels, adding complexity and subtle spicy and toasted notes while keeping the fruit at the heart of the wine.
TASTING NOTES
It shows an intense cherry-red colour with violet highlights. The nose is fresh and expressive, with aromas of strawberries and blackberries, complemented by delicate notes of vanilla, coconut, liquorice and spices from its time in oak.
On the palate, it is fresh, silky and balanced, with soft tannins and good acidity that brings vibrancy. Fruit remains the main character, accompanied by subtle oak notes and an elegant, persistent finish.
A young, expressive and versatile Ribera del Duero, combining the fruit-driven character of Tinta del País with the complexity provided by its time in oak.
FOOD PAIRING
A versatile and contemporary wine, ideal with modern tapas, tacos, baos, gourmet burgers, artisan pizzas, cured meats, grilled meats and spiced dishes. It also pairs particularly well with vegetarian dishes such as roasted vegetables, plant-based burgers and poke bowls.
Recommended serving temperature: 14–16 °C.
