Description
Our Valdubón Reserva has been carefully aged for 22 months in old barrels (3 years) made of French and American oak. It has then spent a further 16 months in the bottle to reach its ultimate perfection.
When poured into the glass, it displays an intense red colour with violet glints, revealing its impeccable ageing process.
Bringing the glass to the nose, an exquisite combination of ripe red fruits, dried fruits, spices, toasted notes and a touch of liquorice can be perceived.
On the palate, this wine presents itself with overwhelming power, a palpable vibrancy thanks to its balanced acidity, and a fullness of mature tannins. Its attack is elegant, its evolution is excellent and its finish is intensely satisfying.
Valdubón Reserva is produced exclusively from Tinta del País grapes, grown in the prestigious Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero.
