Description
WINEMAKING
Made from Verdejo grapes from selected vineyards. Part of the wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels, while the rest is made in stainless steel tanks with lees ageing. The combination of these two winemaking methods brings complexity, texture and freshness while preserving the varietal character of Verdejo.
TASTING NOTES
Clean and bright, with a pale yellow colour and greenish highlights. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, fruit, fennel and subtle aniseed notes are complemented by delicate hints of pastry and spices from its time in oak.
On the palate, it is full, fresh and smooth, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish where the oak notes are elegant and well integrated.
FOOD PAIRING
Its balance of freshness, body and complexity makes it a very versatile wine. Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes, pasta, white meats and cheeses, as well as Mediterranean cuisine.
Recommended serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
