TASTING NOTES
A delicate, bright pink colour, with fine, persistent bubbles forming an elegant crown. On the nose it is expressive and complex, with notes of red berries, subtle floral nuances and a touch of toasted bread acquired during ageing. On the palate it is elegant and well structured, with vibrant acidity, a creamy texture and a long, refined finish.
PAIRINGS
Sesame salmon tataki, red prawn carpaccio, duck magret with red berries, burrata with confit tomatoes or a beetroot and goat cheese risotto, a perfect combination to highlight its freshness, structure and complexity.
