Description
PRODUCTION
This Albariño comes from a manual harvest at the optimal ripeness, with grapes from vineyards over 15 years old located in the Salnés area. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 4 months, which adds greater aromatic and gustatory complexity.
TASTING NOTES
In appearance, it presents a bright yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic intensity, with citrus notes and, when swirling the glass, aromas of fruits such as banana, pineapple and kiwi appear. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a balanced acidity that adds intensity and persistence. Its texture is smooth and enveloping, with good volume.
PAIRING
Vionta Albariño is the perfect companion for fresh seafood, sushi, ceviches and fish tacos, where its vibrant acidity enhances the flavours of the sea. It also pairs perfectly with rice dishes, light salads and Asian cuisine, such as a tuna poke bowl, vegetable tempura or sushi.
